The ASICS Novablast is ASICS' most dynamic neutral trainer: its FF BLAST+ foam (FF BLAST MAX on recent versions) delivers a bouncy energy return and a “trampoline” geometry that make it as enjoyable for easy runs as for faster efforts, without weighing you down.

From one generation to the next — up to the new Novablast 6 — ASICS refines the cushioning, upper and stability without losing the fun, springy character of the range. It also appears in special editions (Tokyo, Ekiden, Sunny Sizzle) throughout the seasons.

Looking for more cushioning and softness for long distances? Check out the ASICS Gel-Nimbus. Prefer a more classic, planted daily trainer? The Gel-Cumulus is an excellent choice.

Two newer options in the same “blast” family: the ASICS Sonicblast adds a plate and a taller stack for fast long runs, while the ASICS BlazeBlast takes the same bounce off the pavement, with a lugged outsole for gravel and smooth trails.
