Built to deliver a lively, energetic ride for everyday training, it is designed for road runs, long efforts and faster daily miles. It combines soft cushioning, responsive energy return and a smooth transition underfoot.

Energetic cushioning with a springy toe-off

FF BLAST™ MAX cushioning works with the FF TURBO™ SQUARED trampoline pod in the forefoot to help create softer landings and a more energized bounce. The result is a comfortable, fun and responsive running shoe that keeps daily miles feeling fresh. It is a neutral shoe with no pronation-control elements.

Reliable traction and lightweight support

The updated outsole features ASICSGRIP™ rubber in the forefoot for improved traction and a more confident stride, while AHAR® LO rubber adds durability in key zones. A lightweight engineered woven upper provides breathable support with fewer overlays for a clean, secure fit.
