At Boréal Running, we are proud to offer high-quality running products designed to perform. Every product we sell is covered according to the manufacturer’s warranty conditions, and our team is here to assist you in the event of an issue.
Warranty Coverage by Supplier
Warranty coverage varies depending on the brand and the type of product. We always apply the official manufacturer’s warranty policy for each item.
Warranty Claim Process
- Contact our customer service team with the details of your purchase and photos of the product in question.
- We will review the claim with the manufacturer.
- If the warranty is approved, we will inform you of the available options: exchange, replacement, or store credit.
- In most cases, the item must be returned in-store to process the warranty.
Conditions That Void the Warranty
Please note that certain situations are not covered under the manufacturer’s warranty:
- Normal wear and tear from regular use
- Damage caused by improper care or maintenance
- Negligence or misuse of the product (for example: using shoes on the wrong surface)
- Accidents (snags, impacts, crushing, etc.)
- Natural discoloration or material degradation over time
Shipping Fees
The shipping costs to return or exchange a warranty item are the responsibility of the customer, unless otherwise specified by the manufacturer. You may use our return portal to obtain a return label at a cost of $12 + applicable taxes.
