Return by Mail Procedure
1. Authorize your return through our portal
Authorize your return through our return portal by entering your order number and email address.
2. Repack your parcel
Place the items back in their original packaging, then pack them inside a shipping box or envelope.
Please include:
• The item being returned
• The original tags intact and original packaging
• A copy of your order confirmation
Shoe boxes must be protected (inside a bag, kraft paper, or box) to ensure they are returned in perfect condition.
We reserve the right to refuse any return deemed unsellable. Return shipping fees may then be at your expense.
3. Print your return label
Print your return label and clearly attach it to the outside of the parcel. Make sure to remove or fully cover the original shipping label before sending.
4. Bring the parcel to the post office
Drop off your parcel at a Canada Post office. The shipment is prepaid — no payment will be required at the counter.
A $12.00 return fee + applicable taxes will, however, be deducted from your refund to cover return shipping.
Return Policy
At Boréal Running, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If an item does not meet your expectations, you may return it under the following conditions.
1. Return Timeframe
- Regular-priced items or items discounted by less than 40%: returns accepted within 15 days of the delivery date.
- Items discounted by 40% or more: considered final sale – no exchanges or refunds.
2. Eligible Items
To be accepted, returns must meet the following conditions:
- The item must be new, unworn, and unwashed.
- No signs of wear, odors, or stains. Shoes worn on a treadmill are not considered new, as visible outsole wear prevents resale.
- Original tags must be intact and attached.
- The item must be returned in its original packaging, in perfect condition.
- Shoe boxes must be protected inside another package (shipping box or bag).
Boréal Running reserves the right to refuse any return that does not meet these criteria.
3. Return Fees
- A $12.00 processing fee + applicable taxes will be deducted from your refund.
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
- For international returns, all costs (shipping, customs, etc.) are the responsibility of the customer.
4. Exchanges
We do not offer online exchanges.
To receive a different item:
- Place a new order for the desired product.
- Return the original item according to our return policy.
This method ensures faster processing and guarantees product availability.
5. Promotions with Free Item
For promotions such as “Buy X, Get Y”, if you return the purchased item, you must also return:
- The free item, in new condition, with all tags attached and in its original packaging.
6. Non-Exchangeable / Non-Refundable Items
The following items are considered final sale:
- Items discounted by 40% or more
- Nutrition products
- Underwear
- Worn socks
- Gift cards (physical or electronic)
- Hygiene or personal care products (e.g., anti-chafing balm)

To speed up the process and provide you with better service, we invite you to place a new order for the desired item, then return the original item according to our return policy.
This method helps avoid delays associated with traditional exchanges and ensures better product availability.
Promotions with Free Item
If you return an item purchased as part of a “Buy X, Get Y” promotion, you must also return the free item in its original packaging, with all tags attached, and in new condition.
Non-Refundable Items (Final Sale)
Items discounted by 40% or more are considered final sale — no returns or exchanges will be accepted.
Some items are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Underwear
- Worn socks
- Gift cards (physical or electronic)
- Hygiene or personal care products (e.g., anti-chafing balm)
