Shipping
We prepare and ship orders from Monday to Friday (excluding holidays). Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number.
Processing Times
- Orders are generally prepared within 1 to 2 business days.
- During peak periods (launches, sales, holidays), processing may take slightly longer.
Estimated Delivery Times
Delivery times vary depending on your region and the selected carrier:
- Quebec & Ontario: 1 to 4 business days
- Other provinces: 2 to 7 business days
- Remote regions: variable delivery time
These delivery times are estimates and may be affected by factors beyond our control (weather, carrier volume, peak seasons).
Shipping Fees
We offer free shipping on orders of $150 or more (before taxes and after discounts).
Shipping fees for orders under $150 are calculated at checkout before completing your purchase.
Order Tracking
Your tracking number will be available once we have packed your order. It will activate once the package is in the carrier’s possession.
Shipping Address
Please carefully verify your address before completing your order.
- If an error is noticed, contact us as soon as possible: we will do our best to correct the address before shipment.
- Once the package has been shipped, we cannot guarantee address modifications.

FAQ - Shipping
Free shipping on purchases of $150 or more
Free shipping within Canada (excluding remote regions) on all orders of $150 or more (after discounts and before taxes), unless otherwise stated. Remote regions are defined according to Canada Post criteria, available here.
Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are calculated based on the weight of your order and your address. The amount will be displayed in your cart before proceeding to checkout.
Delivery Times
- Standard shipping (3 to 7 business days from the billing date)
- Express shipping (1 to 3 business days from the billing date)
Delivery times exclude order processing time (usually 24 to 48 hours). The majority of orders are processed within 24 hours.
Additional fees may apply for heavy or oversized packages. The exact amount will be calculated at checkout.
In-Store Pickup
Order online and pick up your order in-store — simple and fast!
- Items will be available for pickup at our main store, Soccer Sport Fitness x Boréal Running.
- You will receive a confirmation email when your order is ready (usually within 24 hours).
- If someone else is picking up your order, please inform us and provide them with the confirmation email and order number.
Shipping to P.O. Boxes
We do not ship to P.O. Boxes. We reserve the right to cancel any order where the shipping address is a P.O. Box.
Carriers Used
Shipping is handled by the carrier you select at checkout. Otherwise, for free shipping, we will choose the most advantageous carrier for your region between Intelcom or Canada Post.
Unclaimed or Refused Packages
Unclaimed or refused packages will be subject to:
- A 30% restocking fee
- Shipping fees (both outbound and return)
A refund will therefore be issued for the order amount minus the shipping fees and the restocking fee.
International Shipping
At this time, we are not able to ship to the USA.
Customs or import duties are not included in the displayed prices. They are entirely the responsibility of the customer.
In the event of delivery refusal, return to sender, or abandonment of the package in customs, no refund will be issued.
International returns are entirely at the customer’s expense. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Tracking and Order Confirmation
- A order confirmation is sent to you after your purchase.
- A shipping confirmation with tracking number will be sent once your package is ready to be picked up by the carrier. The tracking number will become active once the carrier has collected the parcel.
Please make sure our emails do not end up in your spam folder. Do not hesitate to contact us if you notice an error in your order or shipping address after receiving the confirmation email.
