Frequently asked questions

How often do new models come out?
Most brands refresh their flagship models once a year, often in spring or fall. Between major versions, new colourways and special editions are added regularly.
Is a new version always better than the previous one?
Not necessarily. A new version often brings improvements (foam, upper, weight), but the previous version stays excellent — and is often on sale. If a model fits you perfectly, there's no rush to switch.
How do I know if a new shoe suits my stride?
The most reliable way is to try it on. Our team analyzes your stride in store and points you to the new arrivals that fit your profile, neutral or stability.
Can I try the new arrivals in store?
Yes. We get the latest models as soon as they release; come try them and compare with your current shoes before choosing.
