- Take part in an activity full of fun and solidarity, while supporting the En Coeur Foundation. Every step, every lap counts, to offer concrete support to children with heart disease and their families. Together, let's make a difference!
Dates and locations :
- Saturday, May 9, 2026 - Parc Maisonneuve, Montreal: 6-hour walk or run, alone, in a group or relay.
- Saturday, May 23, 2026 - Base Plein Air Sainte-Foy, Quebec: 6-hour walk or run, alone, in a group or relay.
- May 9 to 23, 2026 - Virtual: 6 hours of physical activity of any kind.
The 6H En Coeur is a symbolic activity in support of children with heart disease and their families. Open-heart surgery on a child can take an average of six hours, hence the significance of this duration at the heart of the event.
