The Brooks Hyperion Elite 6 is a super shoe built for race day. Ultralight at just 198 g, it pairs a nitrogen-infused PEBA DNA Gold foam with a SpeedVault+ carbon plate to turn every stride into propulsion. With a 7 mm drop and a widened platform, it has one goal: your personal bests.
Nitrogen-infused PEBA DNA Gold foam
The PEBA-based DNA Gold foam, offered in multiple densities, delivers cushioning that is both light and explosive. Energy return is immediate mile after mile, while an outer mesh layer adds stability without weighing the shoe down.
SpeedVault+ carbon plate and rocker geometry
The SpeedVault+ carbon plate and its aggressive forefoot rocker drive the foot forward on every step. Toe-offs are snappier, transitions faster and effort better preserved over the distance.
Built for racing
Neutral support, a midsole platform widened to 60 mm and a refined heel for smooth transitions: the Hyperion Elite 6 stays stable even at full speed, from the 5K to the marathon.
What's new versus the Hyperion Elite 5
7 g lighter on the scale, 1 mm more cushioning at the forefoot, a base widened from 55 to 60 mm and a more pronounced rocker: version 6 delivers more aggressive toe-offs and a faster stride.
