Lighter than the previous version, it blends grip, cushioning, and protection to deliver a stable and comfortable ride when trail conditions get more demanding.

The TRABUCO 14 is made to provide better control on off-road surfaces. Its ASICSGRIP™ outsole delivers advanced traction across a wide range of terrain, helping you stay confident on climbs, descents, and loose or uneven trails.

Soft cushioning with energetic rebound

This version features 2 mm of additional FF BLAST™ MAX cushioning underfoot for a softer landing feel and more responsive energy return at toe-off. The result is a trail shoe that helps absorb impact while keeping your stride lively on longer runs.

Improved lockdown and long-distance comfort

The new trail-specific fit offers better midfoot lockdown to help reduce unnecessary movement inside the shoe. A roomier forefoot also improves comfort on long runs, especially as feet begin to expand over time on the trail.

Essential protection for technical trails

The TRABUCO 14 includes a rock protection plate to help shield your feet from sharper impacts on rugged terrain. Its lightweight engineered mesh upper helps keep the shoe breathable, while the lace band helps keep your laces secure throughout the run.
