What's the difference between neutral and stability shoes?

How do I clean and care for my running shoes?
Remove the insoles and laces, brush off mud once dry, then hand wash in cold water with a mild soap — never in the washer or dryer, which damage the foams and adhesives. Air dry, stuffed with newspaper, away from direct heat.
What size should I choose in a running shoe?
Runners often go half a size to a full size up from their street size, to leave room as the foot swells. Try shoes late in the day and keep a thumb's width at the toe. If the foot feels squeezed on the sides, consider a wide version.
