Frequently asked questions

Are sale shoes outdated models?
No. They're mostly previous-season models or end-of-line colourways. They use proven technologies and perform just as well — only the price changes.
Can I return shoes bought on sale?
Sale shoes follow our usual return policy, as long as they're unworn outdoors and in their original box. If you're unsure about fit, trying them in store is the safest bet.
How often does the sale selection change?
It evolves continuously, with new arrivals, end-of-line models and seasonal changes. Popular sizes go fast, so it's best not to wait too long.
How do I find my size in the sale?
Because stock is limited, not every size is always available for each model. Come in store or contact us: we'll help you find the right pair at a reduced price.
