Which running accessories are truly essential?
It depends on your running, but three come up often: a GPS watch to track training, a hydration solution for long runs, and visibility accessories to run safely at dawn or in the evening.
Which hydration accessory should I choose?
For short runs, a flask or soft bottle is enough. Beyond an hour or in hot weather, a hydration belt or vest lets you carry more water and a few gels without hampering your stride.
Do I need a GPS running watch to improve?
It's not essential, but it helps a lot: pace, distance, heart rate and training load let you structure sessions and track progress more objectively.
How do I stay visible running in winter or at night?
